Administrative Assistant

Role Description

We are looking for an organized, flexible person with a strong sense of responsibility to join the Create IT team as a temporary replacement for an employee on maternity leave. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for a variety of administrative and executive support tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the office and supporting different areas and team members.

This role requires autonomy, organizational skills, and the ability to adapt to different priorities, ensuring the management of processes, documentation, and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

  • Invoicing and respective follow-up;
  • Processing payments to suppliers;
  • Processing expenses;
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers;
  • Answering phone calls;
  • Handling correspondence, filing, and organization;
  • Office space and supplies management (stationery/pantry).

 

Job qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in similar roles;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams);
  • Responsible, autonomous, with good organizational, communication, and adaptation skills;
  • Good knowledge of English;
  • Availability for a temporary replacement contract (maternity leave cover) for a minimum period of 10 months.
