Head of Product & Business – Diggspace

Shape the future of employee engagement and digital workplaces

 

We are looking for a Head of Product & Business to lead Diggspace (www.diggspace.com), our SaaS platform focused on digital workplace transformation, internal communication, employee engagement, and Microsoft 365 adoption.

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to combine product strategy, business growth, market positioning, customer insight, and commercial execution into a single coherent direction.

You will be responsible for transforming market opportunities, customer needs, Microsoft ecosystem evolution, and business objectives into a clear product vision, a focused roadmap, and measurable business outcomes.

Reporting directly to the leadership team, you will own the overall success of Diggspace across product, market, customer, and business dimensions. Working closely with engineering, sales, customer success, marketing, partners, and leadership, you will drive the next stage of Diggspace's growth while ensuring that product investments, customer value, market opportunities, and commercial priorities remain aligned.

This is not a traditional Product Manager role.

This is an opportunity to lead a growing SaaS business, influence strategy, shape market perception, and create meaningful impact on customers, partners, and the future of the product.

As Head of Product & Business, you will have significant autonomy to shape product direction, business priorities, market positioning, growth initiatives, and customer value creation. At the same time, you will not be operating alone.

You will work closely with a leadership team whose combined experience spans technology entrepreneurship, SaaS product development, business growth, digital transformation, marketing, communications, and the Microsoft ecosystem. Together, they bring decades of practical experience building and operation technology companies, launching and evolving software products, developing go-to-market strategies, building brands, scaling customer relationships, and helping organizations drive adoption and value from Microsoft-based workplace solutions. Their experience includes the creation and growth of both services and SaaS businesses serving enterprise customers across multiple markets, as well as leading communication, engagement, and change initiatives within complex organizational environments.

On a quarterly basis, you will present product, customer, commercial, and strategic progress to the leadership team, gaining access to valuable experience, strategic guidance, constructive challenge, and mentorship while maintaining clear ownership of execution and results.

What you will do

 

Product Strategy & Leadership

  • Define and evolve the Diggspace product vision.
  • Own roadmap priorities, balancing customer value, business impact, technical constraints, and market opportunities.
  • Translate strategic goals into clear product outcomes and initiatives.
  • Drive product prioritization decisions based on measurable business and customer impact.
  • Make final recommendations on roadmap priorities, scope decisions, and major product trade-offs.
  • Validate product outcomes through adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact metrics.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals and product investments.
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure focus, quality, and execution excellence.

 

Business Growth & Commercial Strategy

  • Own Diggspace growth objectives together with leadership.
  • Drive initiatives that contribute to revenue growth, retention, expansion, and long-term customer value.
  • Review pipeline performance, forecasts, customer health, expansion opportunities, and churn risks.
  • Contribute to pricing, packaging, and commercial strategy decisions.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships and ecosystem opportunities.
  • Ensure that product strategy supports sustainable SaaS growth.

 

Market Positioning & Go-to-Market

  • Define positioning, messaging, and market differentiation.
  • Shape Diggspace's narrative around employee engagement, digital workplace transformation, Microsoft 365 adoption, organizational alignment, and the future of work.
  • Support sales and marketing activities with clear value propositions and strategic messaging.
  • Monitor customer needs, market trends, competitors, and Microsoft ecosystem developments.
  • Represent Diggspace in strategic customer, partner, analyst, and market conversations.

 

Customer & Partner Leadership

  • Maintain close engagement with customers and partners to understand needs, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Transform customer insights into product and business priorities.
  • Support strategic customer conversations and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Act as escalation point for sensitive customer, product, or reputational matters.
  • Ensure a strong customer experience as the business scales.

 

Governance & Leadership Exposure

  • Lead monthly business, product, and customer performance reviews.
  • Present quarterly business and product reviews to the leadership team.
  • Share progress, challenges, opportunities, roadmap evolution, and growth initiatives.
  • Leverage the experience and perspective of senior leaders with extensive experience in building, scaling and operating businesses.
  • Contribute to strategic discussions regarding growth, market expansion, partnerships, investment priorities, and business evolution.
  • Maintain ownership of execution while benefiting from regular strategic guidance and executive-level feedback.

  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.

 

Microsoft 365 experience is highly valued
