The Microsoft Solutions Partner for Digital & App Innovation (Azure) designation is awarded to partners who demonstrate broad, verified capability in Azure application development and innovation. It is part of Microsoft's AI Cloud Partner Program, which replaced the previous Gold and Silver competency system, and it signals that a partner has met defined benchmarks across performance, skilling, and customer success.

In Microsoft's words, a Solutions Partner in this area has a proven ability to “help customers build, run, and manage applications across multiple clouds, on premises, and at the edge”. The designation gives organizations a reliable way to identify a partner with up-to-date training, certified expertise, and a documented history of successful Azure delivery.

Create IT has supported the digital transformation of some of Portugal's largest retail organizations. We have been part of the Sonae product team for over 15 years, working across Continente and Worten on e-commerce platforms, order management, cloud infrastructure, and systems integration. A centralized communications platform we built for a major retail organization on Azure now handles 60 million in-app notifications per week, serving more than 50 internal development teams from a single API.

Create IT has worked across the hospitality and tourism sectors on Azure-based solutions. For the Pestana Group, one of Portugal's largest hospitality groups with 90+ units across 15 countries, we migrated five portals to Azure, integrating with reservation systems, ERP, CRM, and payment and distribution channels. For Visit Cascais and Visit Madeira, we built tourism promotion portals hosted on Azure. For TourTailors, a tour operator specialising in self-guided tours across Southern Europe, we are building a custom Azure-based platform as part of a four-year embedded partnership.
