How a typical engagement runs
No two intranets are the same. But most of our engagements follow a recognizable pattern:
❯ Design and development
We design the information architecture, build the SharePoint sites and custom components (SPFx where needed), integrate with Active Directory and other systems, and configure governance and permissions. We work in Scrum sprints so you see progress incrementally and can course-correct early.
❯ Migration
We migrate content in validated waves, not in a single high-risk cutover. Content is mapped, migrated, validated, and signed off before the next wave moves. Parallel environments run until you are ready to switch.
❯ Training and go-live
We train administrators to manage the platform and content publishers to use it. We are present during the go-live week. We do not consider the project done until your teams are working independently.
❯ Post-delivery support
Post-delivery support is part of every engagement: a defined number of hours per year for anomalies, small developments, and platform questions, with a committed response time.
